There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer added an additional item to the shipment causing the load to be too large for my vehicle. I offered to have my brother coordinate with me on the shipment to be completed within the same schedule for no additional charge. When we spoke by phone about this arrangement, the shipper accepted transport of the original items with out the additional piece. The next communication was a cancellation request for the entire shipment.

Steve was awesome, super convenient and responded quickly to my request. My shipment was time sensitive and had to be delivered on a deadline - Steve beat my deadline and got my shipment delivered EARLY for a very reasonable rate. He's a pro at moving cars, harleys, furniture, and appliances and handled my shipment with care. I will definitely be using his services again and will be referring him to friends and family.
