I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period after several phone call to sevice provider there was never any answer or response to my messages

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The sevice provider (getterdun)continually ignored my phone calls in regards to shippment. He would respond to some emails but always delaying the shipment. The service provider is at least two to three weeks past delivery date that he promised. His last excuse was his truck is broke down.I have never have had this problem before with uship.I don not recommend this service provider.
