Amy was very considerate when we had to deliver on a weekend while business was closed. She arranged for someone to be there to accept the delivery so that we could stay on schedule with our other shipments. We appreciated the accommodation and would ship for her again.

I appreciated the updates for tracking with communication through email from WestTransport & the shipment was timely. However, the trucker came without me ever checking the load. He arrived, dropped our vehicle off on the street instead of our lot, did NOT introduce himself to me, or sign any paperwork, which did not allow me time to take pictures of the truckload. With that being said, it looks like he took care of Our vehicle because it seems to be in good condition.
