My shipment took all of 4 days to get from Pittsburgh, to Berkeley. FreedomAutoTransport gave me a personal agent who kept me updated every step of the way, day and night. It was a pleasure to work with them! Highly, absolutely, recommended! One thing; the driver only gave me an hour notice for delivery. It wasn't really bad though. I had the day off and was hoping, against all odds, that it would show. All in all, a really wonderful experience!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I returned the call within 30 minutes of receiving the voice mail and had a chat, so this cannot be considered as "non-responsive". Also, the call to confirm the availability of the vehicle was erroneous because the vehicle is to be picked up from a dealership, and their contact information was provided.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have had no response from Freedom auto transport to my emails. Time is slipping away and I'm holding a container in Paramount ready to ship as soon as this Packard arrives. I have used a lot of brokers over the years and they always tell you whats happening but this time I'm completely in the dark, it's very frustrating to say the least. Cheers Bruce

This is pretty odd since the order was booked on 12/3/2012 for pick up within 4 days of booking. When we contacted you to schedule pick up on but the vehicle was not even paid for. Then Wednesday 12/12/2012, you send an email stating the vehicle is now ready for pick up. We would still need the same window you booked for which was 4 days. Not sure why you would send this cancellation.
