A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The costumer called the office multiple times, and we talked to him every time.

I booked the shipment, and after i paid they could not deliver on the promised date. 4 days after the pick up date they said still could not give me a pick up date. I canceled

Fred was great I booked the load on saturday because Fred said he would pick up load Monday and be delivered tuesday. ( 400 miles) He picked up my fork lift 8AM monday and delivered it by 4PM same day. Way ahead of time and that was perfect. I will definitely use Fred again. Service was GREAT and I had good contact with him all the way.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services was not picker up within 5 days of booking, and Provider will not give me a date it will be picked up. its now 10 days and bid caller for 5 days. No comm. with provider.
