The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Not happy had to get amother trucker and pay an adtional $200 Items had to be picked up by 10/ 14/21 by 2PM Had no time to relist shippment.

WOW MICHAEL WAS SUPER HE QUOTED ME DELIVERY WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PICKUP AND I GOT MY 2 VEHICLES THE NEXT DAY LESS THEN 24 HOURS BROUGHT THEM OVER 800 MILES I WILL DEFINITELY WANT TO USE HIM AGAIN. PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND GREAT COMMUNICATION.

broker was OK but almost no communication with trucker changed delivery time and dates 4 times with no notification. Shipper and driver would not return phone calls. Shipper and broker told me delivery will be thursdey. finally after NO return phone calls load showed up saturday @ 9:30 AM . Trucker little or no concern for me. I lost a lot of time and sleep waiting at my shop back and fourth to my home 13 miles away for 2 days for the load to show up or get a phone call. Of course I was concerne

Im sorry you were not happy with your transport experience, but the driver did call you every day. And I also was in contact with you each day not only by phone but via email. You cant expect someone to answer each of your dozen phone calls daily . Plus you had advised me you were less than 10 minutes from your shop and thats all the lead time you needed for delivery. Im sorry you found it necessary to sleep there and wait for him , since you were only 10 mins away. 2 calls about del were ample

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Thomas was super helpful, I had problems with this shipment but was NO fault of the service provider Ship ready was Extremely helpful and I will defensibly use him in the future. Thomas went above and beyond what I expected.

James was extremely helpful, courteous and easy to make contact with. I had a problem on the pick up end that was no fault of the transporter. James went out of his way to accommodate me and I HIGHLY recommend him. I will definitely use him again and if he is able to move future shipments i will only use him.
