A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved As a Freight Forwarder, we did let the driver know of the request on scheduling. The Driver did e-mail the pick-up date, which would have been in the 3 to 5 business day commitment that we agree to in our bid. He was running other loads and would not have been able to come sooner.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time provider could not commit to actual time of pickup. A rental forklift is required to load so actual pickup time was required. Provider is a broker and we had no direct contact with trucker.
