Richard was a super easy customer to work with on his shipment. We had tire trouble on the trailer but when you but something online some times it is not always as good as the picture. Richard was more than willing to reimburse us for the tire replacements needed on the haul and that is much appreciated. Great guy and we would have no issues booking with him in the future.
