A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My client was not ready to ship when i had my truck available not able tnd get a truck to replace mine.. Great customer. We refunded his funds. We had placed a hold on his credit card and released the funds per his request yesterday

Customer did not know what a customer broker was or that this shipment is crossing the border and will be inspected by customs. Explained him we need to set him up with one and couldn't understand.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller of the Amish furniture claims the furniture was damaged before pickup and has refunded my money. I am unable to physically verify this ,and I will have to accept the sellers word. My wife and I are very disappointed. We were looking forward to receiving the furniture. Please refund my entire amount back to my credit card. This was definately not my fault. I am sorry about any inconvenience this may cause anyone. Sincerely,

dallyuphauling is an owner/operator no brokers involved. No extra charges. Amanda is very professional and picked up and delivered quickly. She communicated during the whole process and updated reguarly. I will definately recommend her company ! THANK YOU AMANDA ! Frederick

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I as the purchaser cannot sign an agreement with me guaranteeing something that the seller will be responsible for completing on his end. I would appreciate the refund asap,as I am relisting this shipment. A lot of companies use these extra little details in order to charge a person more money before the load is delivered,kind of like holding my goods hostage. I am not saying this freight company does that but I would prefer not to sign their contract as is.
