I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This is all a bunch of bull he is wanting this hauled outside of uship and trying to get me to haul this with no guarantee Of payment he does not want to use uship at all and asking me to do this without going threw u ship i have his emails if you need them sent to you at member support he is just trying to rip someone off so be aware anyone that thinks about this shipment any questions uship please feel free to call me thanks

SERVICE PROVIDER IS LIEING! HE DID NOT HAVE UP TO DATE ACCOUNT,HIS CONTACT INFO WAS WRONG ACCORDING TO HE HIMSELF.SO HE WAS UNREACHABLE ON MY 3 PHONE CALL ATTEMPTS,2 TEXT MESSAGES AND 1 EMAIL I SENT HIM.HE NEVER EVER TRIED CONTACTING ME UNTIL AFTER I FILED A CANCELLATION.I NEVER TRIED TO GO OUTSIDE USHIP I TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY THE BALANCE IN CASH AT DROPOFF WHICH IS NORMALLY A PLUS FOR TRANSPORTERS ! PLUS HOW WAS I GOING OUTSIDE USHIP I BOOKED HIM AND PAID $700 DEPOSIT TOWARD HIS SERVICES !

Other than the off road trip for delivery,a good trip-Fred has some REALLY nice AMX projects-always looking for more-especially one with a 4 sp-great customer,will haul for him again........

Alex and his partner were very professional.They picked up on time and had a few issues along the way but hey who doesn't. They kept me very well informed and there was no rush on my end for dropoff so everything worked out great ! They seemed to be very careful with whatever they were hauling and the truck arrived in very good shape.I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again ! Thank You, Frederick

Additional fees added for "overweight" my fault at not knowing exact weight. Local driver was very helpful and called morning of delivery. Scheduled pickup was on time. Good rates as long as extra fees do not become a habit.

Shipment was picked up on time. Again with the extra fees for "overweight".This time shipment showed up with NO PALLET and NO SHRINK WRAP. Without the pallet they destroyed or lost that should have made the load 30-40 lbs lighter ! Local delivery person very helpful and good driver ! Good rates until you factor in extra fees and the hassle of contesting the fees having to work through uship customer service !

Picked up on schedule.EXTRA FEES ADDED because of "overweight".I tried contacting Central customer service to verify the extra fees.Their answer was deal with USHIP as they booked the shipment.So in order to get something settled it must go through uship then to central then back to uship then back to me and so on and so on. Lots of hassle ! FUNNY they do not refund money on loads that are underweight ! Shipment arrived in good condition.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The item in question may weigh more than the guess estimate put on uship description. The hauler seems like a very nice person but is just unable to haul this load. Neither one of us want to take a chance if he feels his trailer will not handle the weight. I would like to cancel with this provider and relist shipment on uship asap. thank you, Frederick
