horrible experience i will never use this company ever again i sent a pallet to Florida and it never made it! after 3 weeks it showed back up at my place totally mangled and damaged and unusable and i lost a 3 thousand dollar deal ! on top of that i lost my goods good luck trying to get hold of anyone to talk to this is the worst company on u ship! p.s they still charged my cc for delivery and when i tried to make a insurance claim lets say im still trying i never got paid !

This customer was nothing but problems. He did multiple shipments with us but re-used his BOL, which is illegal, and the ONLY reason why his shipment did not arrive promptly. We made multiple attempts to communicate with him but never once heard back. We were NEVER contacted regarding his filing a claim. We would never DO a shipment for him again!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked four vehicles to be transported and they were never picked up! after calling the transporter about 50 times i got fed up and sent my workers to drive them all back. This was about a week after they were supposed to be here already. thank you. Sam
