Pakorn failed to inform this shipper that the vessel being shipped had sunk and was internally full of sand/water. After it was put on my trailer by the yard my trailer frame bent. The boat ended up weighing 12,000 lbs +, not the 4,000 lbs as advertised. The boat yard provided me paperwork proving Pakorn knew its condition/weight. My trailer has since been totaled and a new one cost me $4,750.00 Pakorn apologized for the situation and paid me for the job.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved bid was for pickup and delivery in 30 days .customer did not take the time to read the dates ..wanted it done wks earlier...

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Language and distance barrier, to many contacts involved,scheduling nightmare. Response from Pakorn K.: After communicating with the seller, everything seemed to be okay. However, the driver who supposed to deliver the purchase has cancelled the appointment for 3times and didn't even turn up for 3times. So there were 6times that I had to waste my time waiting for the deliver which never come. The driver had an excuse every time and even worse. He didn't answer the phone call. Just never turn up! The feedback that I have received from the seller is totally unfair, I would say.

Pakorn was great to work with. He answered emails immediately and was accepting of changes that had to be made to the shipment. It was a pleasure to work for Pakorn and I would again any time!

This delivery went to a holding yard open 24/7 for international overseas shipping and not the type of place that the customer could have given the payment code to. However early the next morning I received the code and all details of the transaction were complete. Thanks for your business!!
