A little unorganized. I was charged an extra fee by the service provider because my shipment was picked up at a school. This really should have been included in my bid.

Sadly it is impossible on uShip to know the business you list as shipping from is actually on a college campus (carriers charge an additional fee for limited access pickups or deliveries). The only way to find out is after the fact unfortunately. I was completely transparent with you on the entire transaction, even offering to cancel the transaction if you were not comfortable. So I am little disappointed by your feedback.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved According to the shipper, the pickup address is a residential address. The shipper believes that it will add upwards of $150 to the current bid price. I just cannot afford that. I have nothing but absolute praise for Doug of ProVisionLogistics. He has been extremely helpful during this process. Thank you Cameron Treu

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipping provider added fees to the agreed upon price wich were unreasonable. I would not recommend this shipper, there fees and ultimate cancellation resulted in time delays and additional costs.

Listed as business with dock or forklift at pickup location. However, when to pick up location, it was clearly residential and liftgate would be required. sadly, these items cost additional and we cannot provide the service. What I don't appreciate is the statement we wasted time. Customer was very hard to reach and any delay was due to trying to sort out the issues. ProVision prides itself for over the top service, we were completely transparent on this transaction. Comments were unwarranted

Customer was wonderful to work with. This was delivering to a grocery distribution center and they had all kinds of regulations for delivery and we could not offer that level of service needed. Anthony was great to work with though. Thanks Anthony!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Due to the type of freight it is, glass partitions, we are concern that it maybe damaged in route and the price given to us to make a secure crate was alot more than we had planned on spending. We have found someone locally that will take the freight and use their own truck to transport.
