A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Miscommunication between myself and transporter on acceptable pickup dates and timing for the two separate pickup locations.

Finn did an excellent job with this motorcycle transport. Very good communication, stayed in touch during trip and worked around pick-up and drop-off schedules. Pricing was very fair. Would definitely use him again for anything I need transported !

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Shipment was listed for two motorcycles from New Hampshire and in the notes I highlighted the need to pick up a 3rd motorcycle along the trip route in Ohio. Transporter did not see this note initially and found that they did not have space for the 3rd bike in their transport plan. We had a constructive discussion but were not able to reach agreement on how to all three motorcycles to me. Requesting to cancel shipment and will relist. Thank You.
