Pretty good communication. Went out of his way with some mechanical issues on the trailer I was not aware of. Driver took initiative to resolve them and get it rolling. Very good experience.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I may have not been as clear as I could have on the length of the trailers. I listed them as a 20',a 16' and a 14' trailer. I did not clarify that this did not include the hitch. I did not intentionally misrepresent the length but do acknowledge my mistake. The height was a different issue. I clearly listed to the inch how tall they were and spoke on the phone with the service provider concerning the issue and he assured me it would be no problem.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After recieving a bid and accepting it the provider gave the story a recent hire had incorrectly placed the bid. Regardless of the fact that we had a contract, he would not help me out at all unless it was over double the price of the bid he had given. Very dissappointed.

Roger did a great job handling my trailer. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was concientious. I would definitely use him again considering his great service and great price.
