Michael is a great shipper to work with and communicate with. He is understanding and willing to work issues that both of us were unaware of. The issue was solved with no impact to the delivery schedule that was in the originally agreement. I will gladly bid on all of Michael's shipments in the development of a long term business relationship. Did I mention that he is a great guy also.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped items Where added to shipment , pickup dates Where changed then customer found someone elese to transport the shipment.

After multiple attempts to contact the service provider, only after I initiated a paypal dispute claim did he contact me. That was 13 days after I booked the load and paid him in full. The dates were never changed because he never contacted me to set them up. The additional stop in the load was confirmed and accepted by the provider prior to the booking of the load. Almost 1 month later and I have not received a full refund from the provider.

I can't say enough about Bill. We had a little issue with the tractors weight. He went above and beyond the call of duty and solved the problem. Most people would not have even tried. Would love to have him haul everything for me.
