After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider **BEWARE** After multiple attempts to contact the service provider, only after I initiated a paypal dispute claim did he contact me. That was 13 days after I booked the load and paid him in full. The dates were never changed because he never contacted me to set them up. The additional stop in the load was confirmed and accepted by the provider prior to the booking of the load. Almost 1 month later and I have not received a full refund from the provider.
Response from Crawleys:
this cancel was for the customer to receive a refund of deposit after shipment was complete, and this is against uship rules and no longer alvalible. this was my first few loads when i was new and didn't know any better. also at this time i had 5 trucks with 5 drivers all useing the same account. now i am 1 man with 1 truck.
