The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer was shipping used freight. Deductible made insuring item not worth it.

Customer did not even go through the claims process with the carrier and accuses us, the broker, as to not refunding him. Maybe if customer actually goes through the process the claim will be paid out in his favor. SUPER UNREASONABLE CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY!!

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I gave a time frame I could pick the item up in and the time frame was not limited to Tuesday only. I do not like canceling loads. Should list in your description if it's a one day only pick up. I did have things come up but never had plans to pick up on Tuesday.
