The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper missed multiple dates for vehicle pickup. Before accepting their bid, I messaged them to confirm they can indeed meet their 4 day or less pickup of the Bus. I was assured they would. I then locked in the bid with them, called them right away, and made arrangements for them to pickup either Thursday November 5th or Friday November 6th. The 6th would have been 4.5 days after bid acceptance so last day in their supposed pickup window. Well, they never picked up the vehicle on either dat

We are very sorry that we did make the pickup day. We were scheduled for Friday and was delayed. My driver called on Friday to Will(Seller) and scheduled for Monday. That was fine with Will but then they had a blow out and driver called Seller to let him know the delay. He said to let him know a time. The driver was there Tuesday am for pick up but the seller was not availabe. Again we are sorry!! Thank you!!!

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward You should probably make it more clear when you can actualy conduct business. Clearly you could never pickup the vehicle on the said date of 9/30 and thats why you took over 24 hours from original contacting me to pull some shotty story about how you dont feel comofrtable picking the vehicle up. Ya'll got paid for scheduling, both the shipper/reciver have contacted you and you backed out, great business ethics.

This car is listed on a load board with 2 companies. Seller wanted to wait to send contract back. Thank you but we have been burned before in situations like this.
We didn't get paid for anything and no one waited over 24hrs for anything.

Kim was very nice and communtication was good but the dimensions of the van were larger than the ad posted. We tried to get another truck but this will not fit on any trailer we have available because of the height. Sorry hope to work with you in the future.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This company assured that the vehicle was to be pickup up by 1-29 and it is 2-3 and they still did not.

My driver was having mechanical problems and I was in contact with customer the whole time so that he had time to find another transporter. We regret that we could not pick up.
