A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Waited several days after shipment was booked before we got all the details for this delivery. Our trucks that we had in the area had to pick up other things and leave. We have been trying to get another one routed back into the area but haven't yet. Customer wants to cancel and seek another provider that can get this picked up.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My truck was supposed to be repaired tonight but they have contacted me that it will not be ready until Friday night.
