Although it took a little longer to get the shipment then expected, the service was good and the machine was in good shape. Erica was very responsive and always available to answer my calls and coordinate the move. I would recommend DAK for your shipping needs

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped This item needed to be towed by a power unit only so it was going to take to long to find a driver that didn't have a trailer with them. We needed this to go to work so we decided to go get it ourselves after talking with the shipper about the schedule. The shipper was very helpful and friendly we just needed it faster so we are sending one of our trucks to get it. We would use this shipper in the future for other items that we need shipped they were very helpful to us on getting our trailer

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I posted the shipment with approximated dimensions given to me by the seller of the item. DAK gave me an excellent price for the shipment based on those approximated dimensions. After having the seller give me exact dimensions (Over 25% of their original approximation) it became clear that this shipment could not be made for the price I was quoted. Based on the actual size of the items that I had purchased it was impossible to accomodate my shipment based on the price.

Happy to accept this cancellation.We were held up for 2days waiting for acceptance of bid then an additional 24hr for tags.I informed the client that we would be out the day after he confirmed tags were there.Client assured us that the trailer was road worthy, it was not.I also have pics of bald tires and hanging lights.My driver deadheaded 200 mi. to pick up.If it was road worthy would have been delighted to deliver it.I'm sorry my driver did not speak perfect Eng, immigrants need to work too.
