I accepted daktransport bid on Tuesday 5/14 afternoon to tranport a forklift from Portsmouth, Va. to Savannah, Ga. The lift was loaded Wednesday 5/15 and Delivered Thursday morning 5/16 Their service was great. Thanks daktransport

DAK was great to work with. Andy provided a very competitive quote and insurance for this load. Erica was a hero, getting the whole transport together from my company to trucking company to the suppliers shipping department. And to top it off, the shipment arrived a day early to the connecting carrier in the Northwest. All in all, made what could have been a difficult move look easy. Will be calling Erica and DAK in the future.

No Detailed Feedback Available load was late picking up, and late getting here, Driver was very rude and smart mouthed,and no communication at all with driver,I never knew where load was at, till the last day, almost a week from huston to Mt.? he is a wantabe driver, Erica with DAK trans. was very nice and tryed to get driver off the couch and do some work,

This driver was fired over this load. We were in constant contact with Wayne and his brother but alas as Wayne mentions above we had an issue with the driver going AWOL and delivering two days late.

i thought uship was the broker & dak transport was the shipper. turns out they subbed out my shipping to another company. had terrible communication between those two according to delivery man. he called like he said he would once i finally got to talk him personally.he then delivered the next morning on time & was very helpful. hammertime trucking was his company name. delicery was to be the 4th & it made it here the 8th.

This was loaded late Friday afternoon and John was told that we would be delivering POSSIBLY over that weekend but most likely early that week. John left a message over the weekend and first thing Monday morning we were in contact with them and stayed in contact until delivery. It is clearly stated in our UShip profile that we are brokers as are most of the carriers that bid on UShip. We employ independent owner operators so you can get your load picked up and delivered quicker.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I don't believe that they made a mistake on the keyboard. They have been doing this for a long time. They just underbid the shipment and got caught with their pants down.

We bid on this shipment incorrectly and misjudged the weight. The client accepted it and we realized the mistake within 10 minutes of acceptance. We contacted the client and explained our mistake and are cancelling this load since it would be impossible to move that amount of weight for so little money. We wish Bill the best of luck getting his load moved.
