There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved provider knew that i requested shipping directly through hercules freight but quoted the price through another carrier (roadrunner). Roadrunner does not pickup used engines/transmissions. They wasted 3 days of my time.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I mentioned to them that roadrunner transporation will NOT pickup an engine/transmission if its NOT crated BEFORE i accepted their bid! they assured me that the carrier they were getting will accept it. it turned out the carrier was indeed roadrunner.
