There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipment was booked. The Customer called and provided the pickup and delivery information. I went to the pickup location and the clerk told me that the car had been picked up on Friday by another transporter. I called the Customer who found out that a friend had picked the car up and did not tell him that it had been picked up. Now I had to start all over again to find a shipment. This cancellation should not be charged against me.
