Tommy was everything that everyone else said previously. From beginning to end he kept me updated about the process, his delivery time and schedule. He accommodated my time schedule for delivery as well. He was excellent, wonderful, courteous, and obviously knows how to please his customers. I am a retired Verizon customer service manager therefore I appreciatie going beyond the call of duty which is what Tommy did! Thanks again I am sure I will be using him again in the near future.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was unable to reach the person in charge of the items to be shipped. Therefore, the business storage owner would not release the items. The Service Provider was not able to wait until the issue was resolved because of other business to be performed later the same day.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper and I went to the pickup location together (this was a 300 mile roundtrip for me). However, upon attempting to load the machinery on to his truck, the lift gate of the truck was not able to raise the load to the truck. No delivery was made and we needed to return all the way home empty handed. I have no hard feeling with the shipper. In fact, he was quite courteous, flexible and available to make the transaction work. However, I spent an additional $80 in expenses (over and above

Sometimes things don't work out right. I lost one whole days work,one night for a motel and much fuel. Ended up in the hole for about 400 bucks. Such is life. I was told my liftgate can handle one ton,now I know it can't.
