Customer was very good with comunication and I recieved very fast payment on a wire transfer from Lebanon.

This customer was not bad to work with until we picked a non running machine. It ran enough to load it then when it got to destination it would not start so the port rejected it. No blackmail was involved the customer thought that there is no charge for holding a specialized truck up. He got charged for the equipment holding up the truck and he needed to get it fixed before port would take it. He did not want to pay anything . Its his machine and it should run before shipping.

We are in machinery business since 30 years. That was the worth transport company we ever deal with. once machine were loaded on truck this company increase the quotation,then ask for extra money,then they left our machine unprotected somewhere for more blackmailing. Never again
