I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I was unable to get in touch with the carrier after being booked with them for a week and a half. I would like all of my money back, please.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After waiting for quite a few weeks for this shipper to haul us our forklift, they canceled on us. Sometimes it wasn't possible to get hold of them by phone, and they didn't answer my email... I called them every once in a while to get an update, but never received a clear one. It was getting far to close to the time we were going to haul it to MN. when they finally had an update. A cancellation.. We ultimately had to find a new shipper, immediately.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment JLT Freight did me wrong. After they agreed to do my load they had trouble getting a truck. For 3 weeks they strung me along when they should have just told me they couldn't do it. I had trouble getting them to return my phone calls. After harm to my business I gave up and got someone else.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I booked JLT Freight on 3/31 to pick up our shipment at the Ritchie Bros. Las Vegas Auction Site. In their bid details they stated they would pick up our shipment within 7 days of booking and have our shipment delivered to us within 3 days. I have spoken to them 5 different times since 3/31, and today is 4/13 and they still do not have a truck lined up to pick up our shipment. I believe they are unable to accommodate this shipment and need to cancel this booking so I can make other arrangemen
