I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This guy is rude! No one in my office swore at him or treated him terribly. He claims that he has other people that can get it done and he was advised to go ahead and go with them as we had already informed him of the difficulties that we were having with his shipment. Any time that he called or emailed, he got a reply. The problem was it wasn't exactly what he wanted to hear, we didn't lie, we were honest about the problems that we were having.

Mike was easy to communicate with, already had the pick/drop details worked out before accepting my bid and completed payment on the same day of delivery. Doesn't get better than this, folks! I'd definitely work with him again.

Sorry for the delayed release of payment.
Corporate used my account here in AZ for their shipment and never released or had me release.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider was very hard to reach and communicate with. As time ran out to get have my shipment picked up and deliver ontime they told me to relist it and go wiht someone else. I called and was treated terribly on the phone. The person told me that this is how things work and if i didnt like it try to find someone else to get it done. After that he swore and hung up on me. Does Uship allow these Serivce Providers to work for them?

A1 Transport was very easy to work with. I had many questions with it being my first time sending with UShip. A1 was able to answer all of my questions and fill me in on things I didn't even think about. I recommend using A1 Transport and UShip!
