Being the first time I have tried to have something shipped I was worried about how it would turn out. Listed item and received bid from William , which I accepted. He picked up vehicle and delivered it to me as promised communicating to me status of delivery along the way. He was very professional in his handeling of the shippment. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
the service provider stated I did not specify that I needed a liftgate truck for pick up at a residential area I just thought somebody would call and ask all pertinent questions about the pick up before the bid was won. This is my first time I ever done this bidding thing. I still need it picked and shipped if still possible, thanks. TENCY

Pleasant customer. He did not specify in ad that he needed liftgate to load item. I hit BOOK-IT-NOW option, then was able to communicate. Driver was in town to pick it up, wasn't palletized or ready. No hard feelings, will chalk this one up as Shipper just being new to Uship. Maybe Uship could layout options a little more specific for ner people. Hope you get your piece moved.
