There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Due to no fault of the trucker, there was a large amount of furniture blocking access to the bust. He could not get "in-out" as we had told him. Our fault.

They did a very good effort of arriving on time, keeping me notified. They delivered on time. The Uship payment system seemed to confuse them even though I had contacted them to review the Uship procedures. I also contacted Uship. The mechanics of the delivery were perfect. Just need to clarify the acceptance of the Uship payment method. I would use them again and plan to do so.
