The entire experience was positive. Arranging the job was easier than I anticipated. The transporters arrived at the time I was told, and my items were delivered as promised. The people helping me on both ends of the shipment made of point of telling me how helpful and polite the movers were. And I feel like I got a fair price on the job.

Pickup and delivery were on time, and they were able to fit us in sooner than expected. Driver was courteous and helpful. Receiver says goods were received in good condition. A good service offered at a good price. Would use shipper again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
Provider sent a bid which was Accepted. Several contacts were made via e-mail to clarify delivery and terms of bid request. No rersponse was received. After five days a telephone call was made and Provider advised that he had NOT read the comments section which advised there were two pieces involved.
Provider was rude and completely unprofessional over the phone.

This shipper is a schyster!She tried to sneak a second p/u and delivery,by-passing uship and getting it done for nothing.The notes did say two items but never said anything about a second p/u the was over 100 miles further than the first p/u.By the way ,she e-mailed only once.she lies and is dis-honest;she should go into politics.If you want to get shafted,bid on one of her listings;guaranteed it's not what she says it is.I'm glad I didn't do the job,I'm thinking I wouldn't have gotten paid.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
This cancellation is in no part the fault of the shipper. I had to make changes to the terms of service and intended to remove my listing prior to albtranportation's bid.

This adds to my list of cancellations that I have no control over.I wish shippers would be sure of their shipment BEFORE they accept a bid.Be careful with this shipper,your time and money invested means nothing!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
I called the furniture store to purchase the item over the phone, and they told me that I would have to special order the furniture and that it would take 8-10 weeks. They had previously told me that it was available and in stock. Since they don't have it, I no longer need it shipped. If I find another place that has it in stock, or if I decide to special order it, I will relist the shipment and contact you for a bid at that time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
