Please review all our great feedback . Response from Fredrik K.: It is little wonder that the carrier recall having done a "perfect job" two years later. I did not give a negative feedback. I just did not give full score of communication. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the company. One gets punished for giving an honest feedback.

Response from Angelo C.: ALB was spot on all the way. I am sorry they were taken advantage of by the recipient of my item. Although a fee wasn't agreed upon for inside delivery of this large item the recipient in Buffalo,NY should have covered their inside delivery effort. ALB went above and beyond there delivery!
