Response from albtransportation: The customer wants to leave item on porch for pick up.He is paying $1300 for this item.We need someone to sign a condition report.We would like someone at pick up to be present.Thanks.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from albtransportation: The bid details specifically said we must be able to pick up on Sunday the 27th.Customer accepted bid and then the seller said he will not be there on Sunday for pickup.Please review all communication to see that ALB did it's best to facilitate this shipment.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped SHIPPER WAS THE BEST. MY ITEM IS 3000 MILES AWAY AND I HAVE NO CONTROL SD TO WHEN IT IS READY FOR SHIPMENT. I APPOLOGIZE TO TONY OF ALB TRANSPORTATION. I AM SHUE HE WOULD HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB AND I HOPE TO USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Response from albtransportation: What a waste of time.Customer wanted to pay after delivery.The carrier gets paid upfront.This customer was very unprofessional,and unreasonable.We have 800 positive feedbacks;this customer has almost none.Why should we trust her/him??

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Seller of Item was unable to build proper shipping crate. Response from albtransportation: Customer is a very nice guy.The company he bought it from refused to palletize the item after promising to do so before the sale.I would cancel that sale with the seller,but that's just my opinion.
