Josiah was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although I never met face-to-face with him (he was in Charlotte, NC) we orchestrated everything perfectly via phone calls, text messages, and emails. Josiah made sure that all of the tear down / diagnosis charges were paid in full at the dealership well before I arrived to pickup the RAM 2500, in addition to verifying some loading assistance at the origin. Thanks again, Josiah....and keep me in mind for your future hauling needs!!!!!
