A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I bid on this shipment with a pick up date and drop off date in a question to the customer. The customer booked it and later decided to cancel. we can still haul this bedframe in the dates we have agreed to.

Mitch is a very nice guy, he came on time to pick up the items, packed them properly and with care. However, he did not deliver them on the day that he was supposed to do it causing me some troubles. I would hire him again, but he needs to communicate more.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I got a call from Uship saying that this company wasn't providing truthful information about themselves, that I should proceed to cancel my booking with them and I would get a refund.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Once I booked the service, I sent an email to the provider and the called him. He neither answered my call nor replied to my email. I did that on several occasions. The following day, when he was supposed to show up, he never did. After three hours, I got a call from a "manager" saying that the driver left earlier, but he promised that he would get another driver. I asked him to confirm with me when he had found the new driver and to let him know that I needed the service at 8:30 AM the followin
