I no longer need my item(s) shipped I inherited the furniture that I had scheduled the shipping for. The furniture is at my cousins house and I had nothing in writing stating it was my furniture. He has now refused to let me come and pick it up and it is going to take some court litigation to get the right to pick it up. I need to cancel this right away, as the shipper has not returned my emails or my phone calls, and his voice mail is full so I cannot leave him a message, and he has scheduled pickup on Sunday April 7. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider informed me that he could not pick up my items by the due date. I gave the service provider a window of Oct.22 - 27th to pick up my shipment from San Francisco to AZ. The service provider informed me via text message early Friday AM that the earliest he would be available to pick up my shipment would be Monday Oct.29th. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted a bid for shipment on October 3, 2012. I sent an email to the shipper on Oct. 3rd requesting that he contact me to arrange the pick-up of our Yamaha scooter. I did not hear from him. I tried to call the shipper on Oct. 5th. My phone call went straight to his voicemail which said that his voicemail is full. I sent another email to the shipper on Oct. 5th asking him to contact me. I have not received a response.
