I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Customer called and wanted vehicle shipped immediately due to storage fees, we would have picked up vehicle within 7 days and delivered same day(bid was for within 10 days) and was not soon enough for customer. We recommend customers please read bid terms and consider them before accepting a bid.

this car has been delivered by our company so there is no reason for a cancellation. the reason is the reason i am choosing but there is not option to use for sharing that the shipment has taken place or that it will take place

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This person accepted my bid for drive-away service even though it was a salvage vehicle. Under my bid I tell everyone that there will be a cancellation fee if for any reason the bid is canceled. I got to the pick up location to be told that it was not drivable. I followed though on my responsibilities as a service provider. This shipper should not get a refund, and it would be unfair for her to be allowed to leave me feedback.

This 4 wheeler was not running and there was not way to load a 500 lb vehicle into my truck that wasn't running. Shipper didn't not inform me of the damage to the bike prior to pickup.

The bid placed was clearly marked "driveaway" in more than one place. Instead of reading what the bid was all about, she liked the price and decided to accept it. I have picked up many drivable cars from coparts before, even bought one once. She said, and I quote "they don't have any drivable cars there, why would you bid for driveaway?" Providers beware of this shipper. She doesn't speak English very well and apparently doesn't read very well either.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved the company is unavailable to pick up on time, and also asking $100 dollars more for the car, because is the car is not run and drive, we used to send cars all the time never the transport company charge more for not run vehicle,

This scenario is exactly the same one as couple of cancellations above! Let me put it this way: You're at the restaurant and you're paying for fish sticks, but actually you'd like to get the Lobster!!! Well, Lobster meal has a higher price and I assume everyone can imagine why an INOPERABLE vehicle will cost extra to move vs a operable one! Good luck and God bless.
