The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We accepted these guys after having them tell us that they would have our car picked up in just a couple of days. They knew our urgency as this is a car we intend to rebuild and show by March so each day was critical. We started getting the run around and excuses as to why the days were turning into weeks and they still hadn't shipped our car. We were very up front that this was an in-op car and were told it would be no prob. They charged my card the full amount the day I awarded them the bid...

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have waited for two weeks and they keep saying they will pick up truck and will call me and let me know when they have it on the truck. horrible experience. Uship has not been very helpful!!! told me to cancel transaction. A legally binding contract! two parties still have my money. I would not recommend either company

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Response from TrotterAutoTransport: Customer accepted are bid with one small car and a mini van then changed the small vehicle to a suv and booked this in april then changed to first week of july with fuel cost higher and did not what to pay the differnt.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Booking period was to pick up the minivan any time after June 13 from San Jose, CA and delivery on June 18 to Sugar Land, TX. Service Provider didn't email or call us for any further details. We had to call and left a message. We finally got a call back saying that there's no driver in the area that can pick up the van. We've been waiting 2 days for further details and/or assurance that our minivan shipment will be taken care of, but we haven't gotten any.
We were charged $775.00 by Lonni Response from TrotterAutoTransport: The bid said 1-7 days for pick up and 5 days for delivery the customer cacelled after 2 days.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Was told would get car delivered in 10 days. Has been 13 days and car has not moved. Found a different shipper to move the vehicle through the new car dealership with a guaranteed ship date. Response from TrotterAutoTransport: This is not true, The customer changed it to a enclosed carrier witch we told them it would be more money and about a week longer and they agreed, Then about two days later they said the dealer ship could get the shippment done cheaper so they cancelled and a week after cancellation the customer called asking them if we could help them out the vehicle did not get picked up and we where unable to help them because the truck left the area.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I need my car to my house by July 1st. The service provider has no leads on a pickup date. I cannot take the chance of giving more time and missing my window. They have had 9 days to line up a pickup & after talking to Lonnie today, he said that there are no loads going from NY to Oregon and he has no idea when a pickup will be arranged. I do not have anything against Trotter Transport and I hope this does not reflect negatively on them.
Thanks, Mark Response from TrotterAutoTransport: There are truck route's that are not very common runs and we let the customer no this was not a common run and would take a couple of weeks but he decided to cancel and after canceling he hired das trucking company as they told him it would be taken care of in one week, It toke them one mouth.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have had to cancel my shipment with Trotter Transport because of lots of uncertainty in the market for over three months. My truck was to be shipped from s. Fl to OR, but because of weather patterns and gas prices, no truck could fill up their loads to make the trip. Lonnie was always helpful in explaining the conditions and was honest about the delays. He is even going to refund my deposit and so is u-ship.
