Sara was great and so help full from start to finish. She was a huge help in keeping me updated on delivery updates and changes. We would be happy to aid Sara in the upcoming months with her transport needs. Sara is a great shipper and we are glad to have helped her..

I was very happy with Nick. He took care of the dogs well and they arrived happy as clams! Thanks again for helping save three shelter dogs' lives! I hope he comes back through my area so I can use him again.

Phil did a great job with the transport and with the dogs (and cat!). He and his assistant clearly understand dogs which is really hard to come by! Their care was A+ and I would definitely use them again. Thanks guys!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After discussing the shipment in detail on the phone the night before, it was agreed that the service provider would call me about an hour out from the pick-up. Pick-up was to be between 10am and noon. He never called. I called him many times on both provided numbers and also sent him an email. He did not answer or return my call/email. I went to the meeting location and he was not there either. I hope he is ok. I do not understand why he would not at least call me. It is particularly frustratin

Patrick is very easy to work with and professional despite some unfortunate complications on the drop off end. Pick-up was smooth and I felt very comfortable leaving my rescue dogs with Shuttlebug! I would definitely use them again for another need without hesitation.

Very, very thrilled! Alicia and Peter were so nice and the updates were frequent which made me so comfortable. They were very patient with a last minute challenge I had in getting there. I would be delighted to use them again!! 5 stars for sure. Thanks guys!!
