Great customer! I volunteered to transport the dog food for free, but Sara made everything so easy. She had the pick up location easily identified and even waited for my arrival at 10 pm at the delivery location. I would definitely volunteer to assist her anytime in the future. I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Well once again I got another cancellation from a rescued dog shelter.I told this lady I had a guy in soringfield tennessee.My driver contacted me late last night and advised he had been in a car wreck and one on my vehichles was damaged to where it was non drivable.So to keep this booked shipment I dropped what I was dong and made the trip to Tennessee and tried to call this shelter and no one answered.So I got onto the uship on my page and seen that she did not give me time to get there.

Sara is a great shipper. She communicated well and was helpful for the entire trip. She paid as agreed and at pick up in cash. All the paperwork was complete and the travelers were ready for travel prior to our arrival. I hope to have an opportunity to transport for her again.

Donnie was so kind to volunteer for this transport! We are really appreciative for the help and our rescue dogs are very happy! I would recommend him to anyone with shipping needs and hope to work with him again. (Donnie, thanks for the kind words, by the way!:) )

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Service provider told me he had someone in Springfield, TN (very close to me) who could pick up and deliver by today but after accepting the bid- he could not be reached by any of the methods he provided.

My dogs were never picked up or delivered. Someone cancelled on him and therefore he cancelled on me because otherwise it would have been very expensive for me to pay for his entire journey.

They encountered some challenges on another transport they were doing simultaneously which caused my dogs to arrive in the middle of the night a day and a half after we had hoped. The dogs were cared for as their own, however, which is extremely important to me.
