Couldn't have been happier. Jonathan did an amazing job from start to finish. He showed up at 7 am and made a same day delivery for me. He brought adequate help and was nothing but professional. I will definitely use him again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Could not get the fridge in his trailer. Trailer not tall enough. Response from nicsauto: I am extremely disappointed being unable to accommodate this shipper. From the beginning I realized he was under pressure to get this item moved fast felt confident I could pickup and deliver as offered. Unfortunately I arrived for the pickup to find the item to large to stand upright in my box truck. Nothing is more frustrating for the shipper or the TSP than the inability to deliver. I work hard for each of my customers a regret that I failed this one.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time There are actually several reasons for canceling this shipment. One, this was supposed to be same day pick up and shipment. This is not going to happen with the bid I accepted. Second, I specifically asked for someone who has the tools to move this correctly and a commercial freight company is not going to be the ones who can meet my needs.
