I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MANY MESSAGES ABOUT PICKING UP THIS SNOW MOBILE FOR HIM AND ALSO LEFT A FEW EMAILS AS WELL TO HIS EMAIL ADDRESS BUT STILL NO REPLIES BACK YET. I AM HERE AT THE PLACE AND BEEN WAITING ALMOST 2 HOURS BUT STILL NO REPLY FOR THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO PICKUP THE SNOW MOBILE.I SPENT CLOSE TO $250 DOLLARS IN GAS FEES SO FAR GETTING HERE TO PICKUP THIS ITEM AS WELL AND HAVE OTHER PICKUPS TO MAKE ALONG THE WAY TOO. I REQUEST A CANCELLATION ON THIS AND ALSO A BAD RATING LEFT FOR HIM

Ha! This guy never returned any of my calls or emails. Randomly calls me 3 times in one day wanting to pick up the unit. I was out of town without service. He got to the pickup address 3 weeks after booking. Terrible shipper. Don't waste your time with this guy.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time SERVICE PROVIDER IS LYING ABOUT NEARLY EVERYTHING IN HIS REQUEST. HE HAS ONLY CALLED ME ONE TIME BETWEEN JULY 30TH AND AUGUST 7TH. NOW I HAVE COPART STORAGE FEES TO DEAL WITH, AND I NOW HAVE TO FIND A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER. I LEFT HIM NUMEROUS MESSAGES TO BOTH PHONE NUMBERS. HE CLAIMS TO HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THEM. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK IN FULL. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT. THIS GUY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM USHIP. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS PERSON, OR HIS HORRIBLE SERVICE
