The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Unfortunately, they didn't have room to fit my pet for the shipment. However, they did tell me prior to the bids acceptance that they may not have room and would call as soon as they found out. They did call me asap and were very kind in trying to accomodate my shipment. I would definitely try to use their services again if need be.

Mr.Conrad was my son's best choice to get Winston into San Diego, he arrived to our place to pick-him up ON TIME!!!, we are truly impresed with the way he handdle everything, his vehicle was new and impecable and he even let us call him for updates during the trip. He is truly a wonderful person to trust with any of your pets (babies); thanks Mike, many blessing to you and your family, you truly made this journey a wonderful and peaceful experience!!!

Great guy and was able to accomodate me VERY quickly. He had some problems with the buyers being 4 hrs late which really put him behind and really upset me also. I still have not gotten my large dog blanket back yet but I am sure I will. Thank you so much for being so kind and next time I will be a little more strict on my buyers! A++++++++++++

What can I say. Michael was wonderful. He took such good care of my babies (who are not used to being in a car).He made several stops, took care of my 2 pug babies who got car sick. He walked them, kept them comfortable and they arrived totally unstressed. I chose the right guy for the job. Thank you Michael, you were terrific. Candi, Blackie, Blondie, Dita, Britney and Angel thank you for the wonderful care you provided them with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES AAAAAAAAA++++++++++

Just a wonderful woman to have my pleasure of meeting. I was so happy to be able to support her in her move to Florida with her pets. We drove down together to make sure she didn't have any mechanical problems along the way. These are the customers that I'll go out of my way to accomadate as they need someone who really cares and loves to help and comfort those that are going through tough times.

The cats arrived in jig time. The service was both reasonable and done with care. The man who delivered them obviously cares about animals. I will definetly use this service again.

the shipment was delivered in perfect condition. the person delivering was polite and communicated. The shipment however was three days late which caused me to lose a day of work. However, overall it was a good experience

Shipment was delayed due to snowstorm in the Northeast the previous days. We also only travel when were sure its safe to transport your pet from location to location. Sorry, for the delay.....better safe than sorry is our motto.
