The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment VeteranShippers could not pick up table because it did not fit their truck. Althought, the measurements were specified, the service provider thought the table could brake in to two pieces to be able to fit it in their vehicle.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have used u-ship for many years with great success... however my last two bookings with different service providers have not worked out. I am very frustrated... why do they bid on my shipment on then not follow through? Response from VeteranShippers: Customer was not flexible on pickup schedule!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After multiple reasons for delays and changed dates, the shippers wanted to pick up the bike at 11pm. The time frame for delivery and pick up changes on a daily basis, and the listing details for pick up and drop off were inaccurate. I was told that a date could not be given for dropping of the bike because if another shipment needs to be picked up then my date changes. If you wanted to cancel you should have called me back and told me. Not agree and then cancel online. Wouldn't recommend. Response from VeteranShippers: Our pickup was on the date scheduled and was late that evening due to the fact the customer said they were flying out the next day. Our driver made the appointment and was arrived in Los Angeles to pickup so he could leave for his next pickup, but the customer wanted to simply party the night along instead of complete the transaction. We won't accept customers that don't won't work within our schedule. Good Luck Diana as I'm sure you'll find someone else that will accommodate your schedule.
