Were 3 or more hours late. Said they had a tire problem. Also showed up without a palet jack because again stated that the listing wasn't read and didn't know it was palatized. We had to drag my 230LBS product from the garage to the street and load it into th trailer. They also asked my customer for the payment code after I had explained I was yhe one with the payment code. The important part was my customer was happy. Not the same for me, but things happen still leaving positive feedback.

Please review the listing as the information clearly states not palatized sir, we were prepared to move this heavy equipment despite the lack of pallet jack and did so safely and securely with due care. There was a tire problem, had to go back and get another truck unfortunately and thankfully this customer gladly waited patiently. Habitually upon delivery a payment code is requested, this is for security purposes and while it may pose an inconvenience it does protect us! Thanks.

Scott.......if you loaded the correct number on Uship you would have been delivered on time, but no you gave us the wrong information. The boxes were a little damp on the bottom, but the contents were not wet or damaged in any way.

You had the contact number to reach me. You contact me several times prior to pick up to notify that you were going to be late. As you recall, you were over 8 hours late in picking up. You did not once contact that number to notify me of delivery, but conviently had additional charges when I calle dto find out when it would be delivered. These tactics were unethical and you continued to blame your father's health as the reason for not communicating.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have used u-ship for many years with great success... however my last two bookings with different service providers have not worked out. I am very frustrated... why do they bid on my shipment on then not follow through?

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After multiple reasons for delays and changed dates, the shippers wanted to pick up the bike at 11pm. The time frame for delivery and pick up changes on a daily basis, and the listing details for pick up and drop off were inaccurate. I was told that a date could not be given for dropping of the bike because if another shipment needs to be picked up then my date changes. If you wanted to cancel you should have called me back and told me. Not agree and then cancel online. Wouldn't recommend.

Our pickup was on the date scheduled and was late that evening due to the fact the customer said they were flying out the next day. Our driver made the appointment and was arrived in Los Angeles to pickup so he could leave for his next pickup, but the customer wanted to simply party the night along instead of complete the transaction. We won't accept customers that don't won't work within our schedule. Good Luck Diana as I'm sure you'll find someone else that will accommodate your schedule.
