I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We accepted bid and expected pickup on Monday, I have tried numerous times to phone and have sent an email to the provider, the phone is incorrect and we have no response from email. NOT a good experience for either of us. Boat was picked up as promised but driver is inexperienced. No update when picking up. I called for update and found he was broken down. Towing boat full of snow and ice, he blew out hubs but did not know what to do or what was wrong. Then he didn't answer my calls. Boat arrived w/ trailer winch arm broken off and strapped back on upside down, a tire had burned thru the side of a plastic fender. The gas tank missing. This is an expensive mistake. Beware.

Boat was picked up and delivered as promised by a driver who has pulled many boats already. Pictures of boat and trailer were taken. Boat had to be shoveled out prior to movement as it was not covered and was full of snow. Winch arm and fender were damaged before pick up. Hubs were in bad shape and had to be replaced on the road with NO LABOR COST to customer. Gas tank was not in boat at shipper. Liz was nice but Larry is rude and unreasonable. Use caution and document when dealing with Larry.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After hiring to do pickup within 2 days, it did not happen, we paid as agreed. for some reason the payment was returned to us, driver called stating he did not have enough money to pickup and deliver boat as promised and wanted us to pay again. We stated we would pay him when he delivered the boat. We are not comfortable continuing on with this delivery company. I would like my money returned.
