This shipper moved a 30' motorhome for us. The dispatcher was wonderful,timely updates, worked with us on the price and was quick to get his driver to my coach for pickup. Provided a video for us of the motorhome after pick up. George is a pleasure to work with. The delivery man delivered the motorhome with overheated brakes, smoking up a storm.We wish that he had stopped and called someone to report the problem instead of driving on to the delivery. Driver said he was unaware of the problem.

I apologize for that, the problem did happen at delivery point. It is hard to believe, but right at delivery, 10-15 minutes before the delivery the driver did notice the problem, he made sure it wasd not engine and realizing there was no threat of overheating, delivered the vehicle.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Shipper worked with us on price and we accepted his offer to move the boat, phoned and emailed him. After 24 hours we called him again and reached him to find it would be next week and we needed it moved this week as described in our shipping details. He did email back that it would be next week, we responded by email 2 times, asking for details when he would get to us and 36 hours later are still waiting for a response. We are not comfortable with someone who is not easily accessible. We wou
