Shipper had inadequate help to deliver furniture. Furniture was damaged in transit. We had purchased insurance from shipper to cover full cost of furniture in case of damage but now shipper is saying they are closing their doors and are filing bankruptcy. This amounts to fraud. Furthermore, this shipper (Ed Zingara of Spirit Movers) has been in trouble with the New Jersey Attorney General before. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!

This provider did the most careful wrapping job I'd ever seen any shipper do. Unfortunately , the piece did get damaged in transport. However, the provider was apologetic and professional and took care of the problem immediately. Regardless of this isolated incident, I think this is a top-notch mover and I would not hesitate to use this person again.
