The service was awful, they make us to lose a month and they never make the trasnport. The customer service person are rude, and they promise things they never do. Lousy service. Uship will have more careful with this company.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Initial Driver we secured could not get in touch with the pickup location as well as the second driver could not either. We are cancelling this order now so that the customer can find someone else to work with for his vehicle.

The Service Provider does never get the car, and he promise that after 5 days we signed a contract he will get the car and we are like half a month waiting him to get this car.
Response from initiallogistics:
Customer was not with is for a "half month". He was with us for 5 business days, which is what we quoted for pickup. That said, the customer was also booked with several other providers (as his profile shows). We do not take contracts that are in dispute.

In the first moment they charge us $100 more for the transportation because the car does not run, we paid the amount via PayPal, and they told us they will have the truck to the transportation the most quickly as they can. The days past and they does not contact us at any way. The company does not have word and they cancelled the order in their system without letting us know. We contact them because the pick up person asked us about when the transportation will get the car, and at the customer

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The reason Tropical Auto Carrier is stating it is not true, I consider this company very irresponsible, since I have proof, they do get in touch with my seller and arrange the car to be pick up last Friday. Also, my seller spoke with the lady on their company phone like 10 times between Friday and Monday. They did not comply with the agreement and I want Uship to solve this issue, as the company I paid for the service. Ing. Jose Nassar C.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward We paid this shipment since August 17th, and the provider arrived after back and forth emails on September 2nd to my seller´s house, without any notification or appoitment. Since then, I have not heared from the seller and when the car will be pick up. I am very dissapointed on the service and Megan R. from Member Support has been involved in this matter since August 31st.
