A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, the person at pickup and the hauler were unable to effectively coordinate on the day for scheduled pickup. The person at pickup reports repeated delays from the hauler, with an evolving window for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup person could not be then available after the delays. That said, the hauler did contact me directly to explain the miscommunication and was polite, although disappointed.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period the phone number they supplied was disconnected, and they have no history on uShip, so I am canceling.

After 8 days of trying, the service provider cannot find a truck for this shipment. Please cancel or confirm pickup immediately. Original booking promised pickup within 3 days of confirmation, which has come and gone x3. Thanks.
