Customer never called back or responded in any way, we NEVER even started working on her shipment, because we couldn't talk to her to schedule it. We agree that there wasn't good communication, in fact there wasn't any, but it was the customer that didn't communicate, not us. Truck was not picked up because we COULDN'T ship it without talking to the responsible party.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider was scheduled to pick up the tractor on Friday between 9 am and noon. He text us at about 4:30 Friday afternoon stating that he has not picked it up and that his truck broke down. It would have to be picked up on Monday. Today, Monday, the service provider showed up at the pick up location with a u-haul trailer to haul a 13,000 lb John Deere Scraper box tractor. At 1:15pm today he texted us stating that his driver was not able to distribute the weight safely on the tra

The pickup location (which was a John Deere tractor dealer) informed us that the tractor was 5,000 pounds heavier than the customer had stated. We understand the customer's disappointment, but we were unable to safely move this load.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Communication was not good. After speaking with the provider on several occasions, and the fact that my vehicle still has not been picked up, I do not feel comfortable working with this provider.
Response from Montway:
There is no other response to this, but: " This is one big fat LIE" !!! This shipper accepted our bid 2 months ago ans since then Montway have tried at least 20 times to contact the customer via phone, voice mail and email and nothing!!! How can we pick-up something when we don't know where to go and get it ? The only reason the shipper is trying to blame it on us is to get its money back from Uship, but he'll get it even without blaming anyone, just put the real reason for the cancellation.
