The customer had the choice to accept three different bids, our bid clearly stipulates that we would have it loaded within 10 days from the bid acceptance date. The customer accepted our bid on 2/28/12 and it is only 3/5/12 - this would give us until 3/9/12 to get a truck in there. If they needed a truck sooner, then they should have noticed our stipulations and clarified prior to accepting our bid. The Customer is unwilling to agree to the contract that they accepted.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider take too long to fulfill a urgent shipment. After 8 days they still didn't move the shipment.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After the service provider accepted shipment they never contact me when they can haul the machine for me. I have listed the shipment as Urgent shipment.I need to haul my machine ASAP. I have to post another listing ASAP. Response from Jaishipunited: It is our company standard once a bid is accepted, we contact the customer by phone or email - there is no exception to this. The customer knew full and well that our bid time frame stated pick up within 10 days and delivery within 5 days. They accepted our terms and then decided to cancel on us before our terms ended. They did not fulfill their end of the agreement as we were still well within ours.
