The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Service Provider has repeatedly told us that this shipment would be picked up within a certain time frame and yet they are still giving us excuse after excuse as to why they cannot get it. The Service Provider was to have picked it up within 12 days of the auction ending (even though they told us they would try to get it by OCT 4), and each day that it has not been picked up, we have to pay additional storage fees. The Service Provider has been vague or even non-responsive with emails.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately provider was unable to ship item described. Provider could not find proper equipment/carrier to provide service needed. Deadlines were described and were reiterated at time of acceptance of offer, however the deadlines were not met. Therefore there is no other option but to request a cancellation and a refund to deposit entered. This item will now have to be relisted in order to proceed with shipment to destination.

The service provider was not able to ship the trailers due to the size of equipment needed to ship. The shipping truck / trailer needed to be 30' instead of 15'.
Also, we are a third party to this bid. Cody Trailers of Texas put out this bid for our company and we gave them our c/c to pay for this. We do not want or need Uship credit. We request a full refund to the c/c ASAP.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The person who had this piece of equipment at the shipping loaction shipped it early without notifying me ahead of time. I have contacted the Service Provider who was going to move the item and explained this to him. I did not know anything about it being loaded onto a truck until it was already enroute. I had communicated our plans with the person who had the vehicle ahead of time but he put it on one of his own trucks he coordinated without calling me. Can I get a refund of the deposit paid

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was booked only because he said he can pick it up within 2 days.
It is now 13 DAYS later and he had still not picked up the truck.
Not enough communication with the seller.
I have lost valuable time that cannot be recovered.
