the item has been boxed+placed on a small wooden palet,the driver will be able to lift it into van.the parcel will be left out,in a safe place ready for collection,the seller will be in work,from 7.30am till 8.00pm.so will not be able to be there.so driver will be able to collect in his own time.could your driver take a label with him,the seller has not got a printer,my address will be on the box,hand written.hope this will be ok.the item is fragile,will be well packed.thks eifion.

I live in a gated compound and the main gate shuts at 5 pm so if delivery is made after then someone must call me to come and open the gate from the inside.

The hottub is situated in the driveway in Liphook. We will have enough people to lift onto vehicle. But the timing is important and must be collected around 7.30am in the morning. We just recently accepted a bid and unfortunately the company went into receivership on Friday and was unable to collect.
