Many thanks to those who quoted previously. I have been informed by the supplier that the material is now ready for collection. The individual 12mm thick sheets are similar to plywood- but without the splinters. There are 8 sheets (3m x 75cm)- the height and weight indicated in the listing are for the total. The sheets will be loose for manual handling- so suited for either van transport (as long as the 3m length can be accomodated), or strapped down on a trailer. Goods are weatherproof, so covering not necessary. Assistance with handling the sheets on and off the transport will be available at both ends. Goods can be collected during normal office hours. Unloading suitable any time of day.

Hello; the dimensions above are wrong! The car is a large American saloon that weighs almost 2 tonnes, is 5.5mtr in length, 2mtr wide and has a wheelbase of 3mtr. It runs/drives but may need a jump start depending on the condition of its battery. The collection point is a shipping co. agents werehouse (Forest Freight, Barlow Way Sth, RM13 8UJ) so I'll need to know the transporter vehicle reg'n no. (LEZ/ULEZ compliant) and the name of t/sporter driver (must carry id - dr lic). The driver will require a security pin no. (I'll get that and pass it to you). The chap at the shipper co. who deals with the vehicles doesn't usually start 'till around 0830am and they finish around 1530pm, I believe. Car must be collected within a 3 day window to avoid additional storage costs. Regards, Paul.
